Rang twice and it hung up as I was about to answer.

Immediately got a voice mail from a different number - taking about "ringless voicemail". Jerk telemarketers.

Rang twice and hung up. Sure it's spammer

Rings twice then hangs up.
A minute or two later a call from 714-868-0162 shows up with a spam voicemail without the phone ever ringing.

I believe these two numbers are connected.
Spam!!

Yes, the 2 numbers starting with 646 and 714 are related to one another.  Only the 646 number showed up on my cell phone list of incoming calls, but the 714 number was the one that left a message about some gwak ring thing

I really don't know anything about this number because I keep my phone on silent. I sleep odd hours and don't want to be disturbed by clowns like this. I check it through the day to see if anyone I know called me. This way I have no contact whatsoever with these and other spam/scam callers. I believe that because of this I actually get fewer calls and I know I get fewer repeat offenders. Hey, it works for me 🙄!

Rings twice and hangs up does not leave a voicemail I blocked the number I'm really tired of these phone calls I get at least 3 calls a day from different states

Got a call from this number , only rang once and hung up. No voice mail......HOWEVER in looking at my phone I had a voice mail from 1-845-764-5525. My phone never rang from this number. I had my phone in front of me on my desk. This number 1-845.....left a voicemail in regards to a company acquiring stop acquisitions. The company name was cut off at the beginning but left instructions to go to there web.  SCAM  SCAM SCAM
