    Cell CID was NY, NY but when they left a message the number showed as 714-613-1093 in Silverado, CA.  It is some scammer with OTC Markets(dot)com saying to read some idiotic press release.  I ain't got time to spend reading junk from a scammer and spoofed number

    Rang, then went to voice mail. The message started in mid sentence (like a recording/bot was doing the calling) some nonsense about a AXYZ Stock that had exceeded expectations (which itself is likely a pump-n-dump scam). So, this is definite a Block Number.
