Calls often never gives up

This morning I received two phone calls from this same number, about twelve minutes apart.  The first one was an automated message telling me that this was a call at my request for more information about a back brace ad I saw on TV.  No, I did no such thing, so I hung up.  Twelve minutes later, I get a call from the same number, and when I picked up I got a live voice with an Indian accent asking for me by name, and saying they were calling about a Medicare plan I was eligible for (I'm not eligible for Medicare).  Bizarre that it seemed to be two different scams (or maybe they're related scams?) operating from the same number.

Have a good call blocker. Blocked area code 646 from any future calls. Comes up as New York, NY on the ID.

Scam calls.  Wanting Medicare info for some TV stuff.  Just don't answer.  They call several times a week.

Saw the 646 area code ( New York ) thinking was my sister and picked up.  Male ID himself as Adam and can not even pronounced the word healthcare.  Hung up and blocked.

I got a call from this number.  The foreign guy said he was calling from Medicare and said it looks like you have a medicare account.  I told him, no I am not even close to medicare age.  I asked him, can you please take me off your call list. He started laughing and said no and hung up!!!

This scum bag called too on a Friday afternoon at 1:28 PM PDT. They are messing with the wrong people.

Received the call at app. 1:50 PM CDT, Monday 8/22/16. Foreign accent was trying to sell me a supplement to medicare. I have received similar calls before. I realize this is a scam.  I have reported similar calls to the FCC many times but never seem to get any relief.
