Most likely a robo-call. I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.  That = telemarketer / con / scammer

Live person with accent calling about a Senior Program.  Would not answer my request for what they're selling, so she hung up on me.

Who knows why they bother us despite No-Call, Call Block, etc.

They call, leave no message and NEVER get through!
Call blocker works great!

Call all day long and hang up when I answer. Ridiculous! Plan to pursue with harassment charges.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Indian or Pakistani scam to fleece seniors.  Can't pursue them because they're outside the US.

Caller with heavy accent calling about "Care program for those on medicare."

Called and took several seconds to click in and I knew it was a telemarketer. Heavily East Indian or Pakistani Accent and they are advising about Medicare and some type of senior service. It's obviously a type of scam and I told them I was not interested in it and hung up.

Greasy-Scammy-Pakistani calling to steal your bank info.
