CID New York NY. Didn't leave a message.

Claims they are calling because we inquired about a back brace.  The recorded message says "press 2" to be removed from the list.  Twice I pressed 2 and both times got someone trying to sell me a back brace.  When I said I never asked for information and take me off the list, they hung up.  Call is now blocked, it's a total scam.

Back brace scam.  Claim they are returning my call about a brace.  I've never called them.  Just don't answer their call.

Back brace scam call for the umpteenth time.... No amount of complaining or report to DoNotCall makes any difference... It continues unabated.  DoNotCall.gov does not work!!!

Fact: The Do Not Call list is NOT a call blocker!
The DNC list is a LIST, subscribed to / purchased by legitimate telemarketers, so they know who not to call. The FCC does not give away the list!

Fact: Telephone numbers on the Registry don’t expire.  You do NOT have to re-register annually.

Fact: Scammers and spammers ignore the DNC list.
Many use "war dialers" to quickly dial phone numbers.  After all, phone numbers are just numbers, and are no secret!  (Arabic numbers were invented about 500 AD, so even stupid scammers know about them by now).

Fact: The DNC list does not apply to NON-sales calls, such as political calls, charities, surveys, debt collectors and businesses with which you have done business with during the previous 18 months.

Fact:  Spam callers can be blocked by getting a real call blocker.
 Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Person or company keeps calling.  No one needs a back brace.  Back brace does nothing for someone who has a back problem.  It was that simple, it would be sold in the local stores. A real nuisance.

It was a robocall stating someone requested information regarding a back brace.  This is a business phone and no one requested a back brace.  It will give you an option to speak to a person or be taken off the calling list.  Do not select either number, they are trying to find out if it is a valid number.  This is a scam call.

Called and when I pressed 2 to be removed, a man called Dave asks for me by name and then when I ask him what he wants he proceeds to harass me calling me a pathetic old man. I trade insults with him for five minutes...laughing the whole time calling him [***], sand ni--er,  goat humper, camel humper and then told him if  am so pathetic why do I have a better paying job than him and why does he have a telemarketer job?

On call back u just get a recording saying if u want taken off the list press one. Says it twice then says goodbye an hangs up. Its all a scam. If was a real company it would try to sell u a back brace n would say the name of the place. I called them back on a so called burner cell phone. Just India trying to rip off more Americans. Must work for them this scam has  been going on for years while our government sets on their Butts and do Nothing to protect the elderly.

The caller is listed as "Unassigned, whatever that means.  It is a recording of a woman's voice that says I supposedly requested information about a back brace, which I did not.

Another phone numer--same scam. Robocalls for back braces---- Medicare ripoff.

Called; did not answer; probably scammers.

Has nothing to do with a back brace.  They are looking to steal your personal info.  Of course to send it to you, they will need you to verify your Medicare #, which just happens to be your Social Security #.  Then they will require a credit card # to cover a small shipping charge.  And.... surprise!!! ..... no back brace.
