Says he works for Frontier Utilities. Is a telemarketer and keeps on calling.

Called like 3 times within the last week. Told him I dont want any more calls but still does so. Reported the company, whos listed on BBB, and also emailed them a complaint to remove my number from their list.

How do they get our #'s????????????????????????????????

  I get at LEAST 3 CALLS A DAY FROM THESE SUPPOSED" UTILITY COMPANIES. ! Been going on for months now...all hours of the day.....
 I have tried being polite, rude, crude and threatening! Nothing helps! They use all different company names, but it's always the same Indian guy/Phillipino woman calling. I am on the do not call registry, but it seems to make no difference. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I keep getting calls as well, guy with an accent trying to sell "flat-rates for my electricity" told him I wasn't interested and now when I answer he hangs up! I'm sure it's a scam and I'm curious why he keeps calling even after I declined his services.

An Indian guy called me from this number, calling  himself by an American-sounding name. I believe he said that his last name was Smith. Yeah, right! I brushed him off but he insisted that he would call back. I have instructed everyone at home to ignore any numbers that they do not recognize. I have also reported this company (Frontier) to the Do Not Call Registry.

Who is going to stop these guys, They call everyday and just hang up now, this has been going on for months, also I am on the do not call registry but they do not seem to care, How can we stop these Fools?

Probably time to buy a call blocker device, app, or phone.
Google "call blocker" to see the various types, and find one that best meets your needs.

These idiots are infuriating! Been doing the same thing to me calling over and over after I've instructed them in plain terms to stop friggin calling me. Then they get snippy and hang up on me! Unbelievably unprofessional I'm telling everyone I know about these idiots.

Some Asian guy trying to sell some utility service. I strongly suspect it's a scam.

same here, keeps calling claiming to call from frontier utilities, i think he is a agent for frontier utilities and makes random calls to get some customer... i played with him till the end. i gave wrong name i gave an address which doesnt exist and a made-up Con-Ed account #. when he entered it in the system being on 3 way with aoutomated machine, it said "you have entered an incorrect account #". i just hung up. LOL!!  but keeps on calling non-stop.. any soloutions?????????

These utility companies not only call several times a day, but appear at our door. When we tell them we are not interested they say we are fools because they are cheaper……no dice.

These companies buy the electric wholesale, if they fail to pay the Utility Company, you still owe the company even though you have already paid the bogus company. They go bankrupt and you still owe the bill.
