The caller is constantly calling my place of employment claiming to be an officer stating that I will be arrested for check fraud.  He is trying to get me to pay a debt that I am unfamiliar with.

Called my work # 10 times this morning. When I answered I told the person I was not me can I take a message, so he got rude and I hung up. Called right back and I told him personal calls can not be taken here and to contact her at home or in writing. He wanted my supervisor and then threatened me with arrest.  I keep hanging up on him. Finally left a message, again threatening me about fraud and to have my attorney call. This person's name was Danny Foster no company provided.  I am shaking I am so mad and embarrassed having my phone ring constantly at work no less.  I am going to find out how to report this as harrassment.

A man calls me everyday at work, says he is Officer Brian Parks. Says he is going to have me arrested. He called last year and I told him to send me something in writing and he refused.  I looked up the no. and the no. is listed to a Ramona Perez in New York City. The call back no. he leaves is 646-525-4053.

Got a call from "Cliff Wilson" telling me that my file was fixing to go to my local court for an outstanding loan from 2008 if I didn't pay him $1458.23 by today.

called me on 2/5 threatening to arrest and I gave the scammer my bank info my account was debited $620 and now I am disputing the charges with my bank

the name they provided was officer John Brock, I also called back and spoke with jeff Ziffler..I am furious....I gave these people my rent money

i just recieved a similar phone call and was amazed how nasty these people were.  When I asked for supporting documetnation they stated that is not needed and they are trying to help me from being arrested.  Officer Brock did not know what better business bureau is and just kept pushing me for money.  I am going to report the bumbs right away.

cliff wilson keeps calling and harrasing for a debt that has already been paid! ive told him that and requested company information and contact info for said company. They won't provide any of the requested documentation and insists that i pay the debt or i will be arrested at 4:30 today! ive told them numerous times NOT to call this number and the still do!

Have received calls from this number both on my cell phone and also at my place of employment.  Foreign man identifies himself as 'Officer Frank Jackson' and threatens arrest if I don't pay via debit or credit card on an internet loan.  I asked for the details of the loan, as well as for him to send some type of written documentation and he says that he can only send that once I pay.  Told him not to call my place of work again, and he called 2 days later.  He's called my cell phone again, and I'm letting it go to voice mail.  When I asked what company he worked for he told me JP Notifications.  He said he was calling from Orlando, FL.  The phone number is listed in Manhatten to a Romona Perez.

I have received several calls from a John Brock. Not knowing what was going on, these people have scammed me out of 445.00 and still expect more or they are going to have me arrested...These people need to be stopped; they took money that was to pay my rent.

I've received exactly all the same phone calls and messages as everyone else...except today they've changed their name from Danny Foster to Officer Kevin Gray.  They have never once answered any of my question.  They are CLEARLY foreign.  Have even called my mother and threatened to arrest HER if she didn't pay MY debt....which doesn't exist!  These people REALLY need to be stopped!  They continue to call CONSTANTLY!!   The newest number is 646-525-4053.  I guess I'll go to the local authorites...the last time I checked, it's a felony to impersonate an officer of the law....isn't it?!

I have an actual police officer coming out to take a report from me right now.  These people called me...and the caller ID actually showed up as the local police department!!  And he claimed he was Chief Snyder...one of our local police chiefs!  These people are going to be stopped...TODAY!!

I have received a call from John Brock at 646-525-4053. He is telling me that I owe money that I don't owe.  I am having my local authorities handle  it and I shouldn't be getting any more calls.

I've been dealing with these people for the last few months.  They had actual information on an outstanding debt of mine so I paid it.   I was totally ripped off.  They keep calling asking to speak with my bosses and threaten to have me arrested for fraud.

This last time I called back and told them our conversation was being recorded, I knew they were scammers and that my bosses had been informed.  I told him he could call back as many tims as he wanted; it would do no good.  He started cussing me out and told me he would have me fired.

Don't ever give these people money!!!! Also, let your employer know what's going on so they don't think you are involved with something bad if they get a call from these [***].

Called me at work and treatened to have me arrested for fraud

Just received a call from "Eric Smith" who put me on hold for "Chief Wilson"...both of which where the same person. He first called and left me a voice mail on my cell phone then called my job. He claimed that he had a case against me a for a debt that I had gone so long without paying and he was sending the police over to pick me up, from where he wouldn't tell me though. I just so happen to work for the Federal Government and speak with people at the IRS on frequent basics so I asked him to hold while I 3-way a rep from the IRS in regards to this matter, he then told me he would throw the case out and to disregard the notice.  These people are gaining our information somewhere off the web and trying to threaten us and use it against us. Put a little fear in them and threaten to contact the IRS, they'll stop. You should contact the IRS and put in a claim for this matter, give all the information that you receive from this "SCAMMER" to have him/them stopped!!

Because I did once and paid it off...The guy that was calling me was also claiming he was an officer and that I would be arrested!
So I called up the cash advance place and they told me most of these fraud calls are due to putting info on the net when applying for an advance and they gave me a number to report it to.
I've been getting calls for months on my cell and got one today and I told the guy I know this is a scam and that I have the police investigating so he hung up on me but called back later but I didn't pick up....At first it was a weird area code but now it just says unknown I think the best thing to do it change your number!
