They just called my house and my bf answered the phone when he saw the number 0000 appeared on our tv and he knew it right away that it would be he same guy trying to scared us that we will get arrested and so forth and so on. Well it was the same guy that my bf talked too last week but different names. Last week was Dan Martin and today he was Adam Smith. WTF!!! Just sick and tired of being harassed every week by these ppl. >:[

Got A Call From This Number Claiming To Be Officer James White Claiming to Be With The Financial Crimes Division BOGUS. Don't Listen to this clown.

I get calls from this number a lot. Sometimes 000 or 000000000 . Said I was going to be arrested and loose my job. Rediculous. When he realized I wasn't going to give him my card number without proper documents he Hung up. Went by Mark Henry.

When i told them i don't know anything about a pay day loan, they can do whatever they need to do, but i didn't know anything about a loan and i wanted to know when i allegedly got this loan, no response...i told them they could kiss my ass, he called me a [***] and hung the phone up...

They called,I coiuld barely understand them.They were looking for a friend of mine,He used my number for a reference.I think they are debt collectors.

These people are ridiculous!  They just called my work and I blew up!!!!  They are scammers trying to get credit card information from anyone they can.  I do not nor have I ever had a payday loan so I knew they were scamming!  I asked the guy why he couldn't speek proper english and what his address was, then asked for a supervisor and he hung up on me.  I saved his message and I am going to have them investigated!

Just called me!  Awful,  Said they were sending someone to arrest me!  I don't even know what they are talking about.  A man by the name of James White called me.

I  received a call from this man with a heavy indian accent this past Friday stating I owe his company $400 by Friday he didn't state who he worked for & why he was calling me. I told him to put somebody that speak proper english on the phone and he couldn't do that as well stating no one in his department speaks English!!! BS

He kept trying to get my bank info, credit card # out of me but couldn't provide his name, # or the company he claim I owe info to me stating it was going to start confusion. BS once again!!!!
I'd the police to investigate this # as well ssc & all 3 credit bureuas to find out who he was & guess what they are fraudsters/scammers. SMDH

He called me back @ wk again I then stated I've the police invovled as well my attorney on their Tales he hung up on me & I haven't heard from him again. :)

This individual called saying that he was from the Credit Division and needed to tell me some charges that were filed against me and try to get my personal information...

i got the same call today saying he was a financial crime investigation saying i owed him $353 dollars for a loan that i took out cash advance, he demanded a payment of $150 today and said if i didnt pay him wait and see what happens monday morning, he had an heavy indian accent we need to ban together and call our local police departments, we are filing complaints with local sherrif tomorrow

These people called me at my job while i was off! This is the second time ive recieved this call in the past year! How can i get this investigated?

For at least the last four years, possibly longer, a group has been calling former payday loan applicants advising them that they have defrauded a bank and are now being sued for non-payment of a loan.  The callers will claim to be calling on behalf of an attorney's office (name varies), the Dept. of Law and Investigation, ACS, or other similar combinations below:

United Legal Processing Division
Midline Marketing
Crime Monitoring Services
Monetary Crime Division
U.S. National Bank
Attorney General’s Office (usually in California)
American Legal Services
Affidavit Consolidation Services (ACS)

You will be threatened with arrest, a costly trial and possibly worse.  In no shape, way or form can you be arrested for non-payment on a consumer debt.  Do not believe these threats, as they are without merit and cannot be carried out in the manner they allege.

Ihave done the same thing and even told them that they have been turned into th e attorney general's office. they still call. I'm about to get fired because of them and they have even cursed at my 9 year old daughter and 70 year old mother. what can i do?

Did you have it investigated and did they do anything?

I got that same call from that person. telling  me that he was a investigator, he had a lot of my information. want to give a chance to take of it out side of court, or have to pay the court cost. And the number always show all 0000. if not if would be under avaiable. I agree that something need to be done.
