Got call from 646.915.0736..frigging telemarketers. Block your number put them on auto dial and have fun. Then report them. So when you are drunk or have time bust their balls .....waste their time and tell them you can not hear them...have them shouting. Sometimes I blow the whistle to help their hearing or put religious station on my ipad to give them something to listen to while I read or watch sports..

I called the number just now and it connects you to other people that also are using the number. It's preaty much like omegle but u talk to them on the phone

I think it is called topic talk, it's like omegle but over the phone. Is it free to use though?
If you are talking to someone and there is no noise after a few seconds it'll bump you to someone else.
