called me twice today 7-12-2016 @ 1403 hours EST, first time it was only shown as a fragment of a phone number in CID, i labeled it "are you kidding?"  then they called again @ 1626 hours EST.  The calls are coming more and more frequently.  Out of 9 calls today, only 1 was legitimate.  This is ABUSE.  pure and simple and it should be prosecutable.

Caller ID said "Unassigned" and the girl asked to speak to my dad, who passed away 5 months ago. I said he was unavailable and asked if I could take a message and she said, NO and hung up.

3rd call this week never leave a message caller id said unassigned,

Continues to call, when answered states they only want to talk to the man of the house, will not leave a note or message. Pretty creepy.

Creepy is right.  Men only so I put on my Newfie/Lab male dog - well, neutered male.  He barked into the phone and probably broke the jerk's ear drum.
