This is Cross Country Home Services, Inc.  Skank...I mean Bank of America has hired them to sell their "Home Protection Plan" (i.e., home warranty).  I ran into this sort of thing with them before, so it wasn't that difficult to search "Bank of America" and "CCHS." I did not pick up, either.  Nor, will I in the future when I see this  name on my caller ID.

I called the number back and the message said it was Bank of America Insurance Services and gave me two options: 1) talk to someone. 2) enter my number into their DO NOT CALL LIST. I enter my number onto their list, lets see if that really works.

If you do business with BOA then the Do Not Call List will not work as they are allowed to make these types of phone calls per the law.

YOU CAN ALSO TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING - you have the RIGHT to OPT OUT of these calls.  They are required to remove your number when instructed to do so.

You tell them when they call they are to put on their BOA DO NOT CALL LIST.
Get the name of the person and each call that comes in after - make a note of the name of the person who called as well as date and time.

Then, to  end this electronic harassment, all people  with a BOA account should close out  their account  and go with a  smaller bank, or even better, a credit union.  We don't have to take this...

These "people' and I use the term loosely have charged my checking account, WITHOUT my consent.  Since they are closed at the moment, tomorrow they will have hell to pay.  I WILL be closing my account and going elsewhere.

I recieved a call from 6463009414 by a man named " David Newman " stating my property is on foreclosure and I needed to contact them ASAP. They even confirmed my address. When I called back it's a voice mail of " john smith " but has the same voice as " David Newman ". I attempted several times to call to get a person but goes straight to voicemail
