Said we were under investigation for fraud, and we would be arrested unless we called a number and reported in. Really bad scam.

Received call message that I was wanted for tax fraud and they had a warrant for my arrest in a few hours.

Received a call from this number.  It seems that the more I report numbers the more calls I get.

Like the others have reported, this is a scam. States that the "Legal Affairs" department of the US Treasury is investigating you for tax fraud, but it never states your actual name or the name of an IRS agent investigating you.  Also, the recording sounds like it is computer generated.  Go ahead and ignore the call and put the number on call block just as I did on my phone.  I work for the US Department of Justice, a real federal agent would never contact you like this scam call.

Just came bavk from trip bot a call that i was wanted for tax fraud. Did anyone try calling number. Why don't they call your cell number. Recorded message.

Robot voice telling me I'm facing charges by the treasury dept. and I need to call back immediately.
I won't reveal my scam spoofing techniques, but I'm going to kindly block the number. Maybe if the badge number was 8675309 I would have believed it.

Got the same message and Called it back and a guy with an indie accent said he was from Us treasury affairs and said i was in trouble with the  IRS and when I asked him why the IRS isn't calling me he yelled. "well go to prison then " and hung up!  Really dude?!  Dumb!
