"jerry" wanted to buy my car but he is work "on "the sea ..

I received the same string of texts from this "Jerry".
He kept texting for my "paypal" info and insisted that someone would stop by to pick up my vehicle.
I immediately reported this to the local police department.
They told me they've seen this con before...

REPORT IMMEDIATELY!!!

Same thing here. I went ahead and sent him an invoice from paypal. The asking price for my item was 1100. He said he would be depositing 2100 in my account and that I would need to pay his "agent" $900 (I wonder what he wanted me to do with the other 100 LOL). I told him no, just send me 1100 and i would turn the item over to his "agent". He came back and said he could not complete transaction. So I obviously called the deal off. I am wondering how he would have completed the scam if he would have sent me 2100 into my Paypal account.
