They called stating that my assets would be frozen, and my address under surveillance.  Also, called back again, stating I had taken a cash loan out.

They called, left a voice message that I could barely understand (Indonesian accent), when I called the given number back I was told that there was going to be court action on a payday loan in the amount of $474.00. I informed them that I have never taken out a payday loan in my life and furthermore I wanted to see it in writing, certified mail, and if this was fraudulent harassment I would contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attourney General's office....

Got basically the same barely understandable call from this number stating my soc. sec. number was under investigation.
NOT going to give them the time of day.

A man called my phone saying that I owed money and was going to be taken to court over a 899.00 payday loan. I have NEVER gotten a pay day loan EVER. He gave me my current address and email address. He said that I am being sued and should get a state level attorney. He was not happy when I busted him on what chapter 11 meant, he said he could garnish my wages and that I should just give him 200.00 to clear my name and end this. I then looked online and saw all the comments about him. I called the number he provided back and told them "Listen you scammers that keep calling my phone. I just looked and saw that you were on FBI's scam watch list". They then put me on hold. This had me worried for a few hours till I realized they were LIARS. Do not fall victim to this SCAM

Received a call from this number today. Same details, undecipherable accent, stating there was a legal case against my name and SSN. The few things I could pick out that she said were; that she was calling on behalf of (what sounded like) American Law Enforcement Liaisons, gave me a case number that I couldn't quite hear. The whole thing sounded shady so I kept playing dumb until they hung up. They called again a few minutes later and I let it go to voice-mail, hoping they would leave a message. They did leave a message but it was just as incoherent as the call I had answered. Keep an eye out, folks. This has SCAM written all over it.

*One more odd thing, when I was receiving the call, the phone number showed up as 23. That's all, just a 2 and a 3. The 646-580-9483 # was left as the callback number by the caller.

I am getting the same calls it started out as coming from 123 on the caller id and now I believe it's four days later and calls are still coming, and the number on the caller id has changed to 512-453-9341.  I am getting the same hard to understand guy on my voicemail, but today he finally said he was from American Law Enforcement and that I obviously did not care about this case so he will just forward it to the courts.  We'll see!

Got a call from this # 646 580 9483 and said that i was going to court because of a loan that i owe and said they wish me good luck and i said that i needed it to be in writting and he said that he was going to talk to his company and see what he can do and the next day he called again saying his company couldnt send me anything in writting but that i needed to settle this issue now before things got worse and that i was being recorded and that they could take me to court. I looked up this number and happy to see that it was just a scam Dont Fall For This!!! Im going to the police later on today to report this hope they do something about it.

Have recieved message from this company with voicemail. I hope there is a way to stop these calls. please let know if anyone has been able to do the same.

I am a florida resident, this #$%^&*" guy with a wierd accent, wanted my money.   He is a thief.

This creep tried to make a purchase off me on Craigslist. He sent a fraudulent check via certified mail to an address I provided to him. Good thing I didn't use my home address. He wanted me to cash the check and send money via western union to his mover. What a [***], does he think I am a dumbass? I called the company listed on the check and they are looking for the guy too. Apparently he stole financial information/checks from them. We reported him to the authorities and I hope they put this worthless sob under the jail for tring to scam hard working people. In the mean time I am going to enjoy giving that moron a big fat dose of his own medicine by lying to him.
