Received a second call from this group claiming to be the Dept of Legal Affairs for the United States Treasury. This was a different number from the first- (202) 684-6584. From previous notes this is a complete scam.

Got a call from this number.  Identified as OFFICER JORDAN or something like that from the United States Treasury basically inferring legal action against me.   The IRS not only doesn't make calls like this, they don't have to!  Anyone else get a call from this number?

Got an initial call from 000-000-0000 from a person claiming to be Steve Marshall, Senior Investigating Officer with the U.S. TREASURY to call back at 646-583-0161 regarding tax fraud. Based on a quick search, it appears to B part of an ongoing scam.

I got a call as well, saying it was from the national treasury and I had three fraud claims against me. Called back and they told me that from 2002 to 2005 there was fraudulent on my taxes. I have been on disability since 2003 and I have not filed taxes sense then. This is a scam and it needs to be stopped we need to figure out who is doing this.

000-000-0000 called. Same message..so and so from the Dept of Treasury, serious matter. 646-583-0161 is the number they wanted me to call back. Don't do it! Get a real job and stop ripping off people that try to earn a living! Thank you to all that take the time to post about these. It saves a bunch of stress and investigating!

Had the same thing happen. Received a call from Gerald Cohen from the National Treasury saying there were 3 claims against me and told me they were putting a warrant out for my arrest and that I should hire a criminal lawyer.

Got a call from 202 7504313 from Steve Marshall senior investigation of the Irs. Very rude and with a case against me.
