I keep getting calls from this number. They say the can modify my mortgage and that is federal assistance.

Calling several times, never leaving message

A person who said his name was Alex Martin who is a loan officer called.  Started asking me about mortgage etc. He had an Indian accent.

This number called repeatedly while I was on the phone with a friend, no message was left.  I appreciate the previous posts because now I know not to answer if they call again, or to block it.  Blocking works!    My number is on the Do Not Call List and yet every day I get several calls.  Guess the list is meaningless!

Called tonight, it was an Indian sounding gentleman who was asking for "Dave". I've had this number for 25 years and I'm not named Dave. When I told him he had the wrong number he wanted to speak to the "owner of the number", I told him I was, he wanted info that I would not give, did finally mention he was from a "mortgage" company. He eventually hung up. I agree, do not call lists are apparently useless.
