Impressive, looks like these scum may have the entire Canadian cell phone list! Including mine on Telus.

Simply rejected the call because I figured it was either the "free cruise scam" or TD bank trying to sell insurance. They usually disguise their number as local though but have their telemarketers outsourced to the US.

Recieved the call at 11:59am today.... I didn't pick it up. No voice mail was left aswell. (I am with Rogers)

got a call from +11 646 630 0031 on 5/3/2013 @ 11:42.  Dont know what the +11 means but I dont answer calls I dont recognize.  It is extremely annoying to be sitting in a meeting and have these calls coming in.  I got one from 1 647 775 9067 just 15 mins before that.  I'd love to see this sort of solicitation outlawed; it is completely unacceptable.   Sadly these low life bottom feeders wouldnt do this if is wasnt profitable somehow.

I ignored it because it was my cell phone. It is starting to look like my Android apps are spying on my personal details, like phone number and contact list. The number of weird area codes calling has increased tenfold over the last six months. I'm on Bell (Virgin).

I receieved a phone call from 646-630-0031 on my cell while I was driving. So I did not answer the call. Since the number's unknown to me, I wouldn't have answered it anyway. No message left.
