Says investagation dept irs. I hung up

Left a voicemail message with phone number, I called back and they answered investigation unit IRS, informed me there was a lawsuit filed against me for tax evasion.  I asked him to confirm my last 4 digits of my SS# and he stated he couldn't because it was a recorded line.  I told him he should be able to provide this info to me or I was reporting him to the police and he hung up.

Caller ID showed David Kautter. Message left on my Dad's answering system that there was an IRS warrant issued against him for tax fraud. My Dad is an 83 year old disabled Veteran. He was very upset and concerned about this call. 2 years ago some lowlife scammers got a large sum of cash from him telling him that he won some money and he needed to send cash to pay for the taxes on his winnings. These types of calls and lowlifes infuriates me!!!!!!
