I recieved an email from atty fabian cole stating i owe a bunch of money to a payday company i never used... The email states i have 3 charges and an arrest warrent if i dont comply... I seen where he has tried this to other using a different number or email... Im still a bag of nerves.. What should i do

I received a email from this Fabian cole saying I owe this money from a payday loan and have three charges against me but I don't owe anything this is the second time he has done this. I was told to send money moneygram to this person. I think this is a scam.

Got an email this morning from Fabian Cole Just like all of you did today saying  I owe this money and I will receive court paper at work and they will garnish my wages. Never received a phone call just email Help

Do nothing. This is a scam. Email is NOT a legal method of debt validation and you certainly would not be warned if there was a warrant for your arrest. If they warned you, you could hide. And you cannot pay your way out of a warrant, which is what these scammers will tell you if you reply to them. Just delete the email and don't let them stress you out.

See my reply to Kanes wife. Email is NOT a valid method of debt notification. They cannot garnish your wages so don't worry about that, either.

I was sent an email saying that I was approved for a loan, that I never signed up for... Complete scam!!
