Debt collector call. The caller (Justin, with a foreign accent) didn't state who he was looking for or what the debt in question was. He did however threaten that if a call was not returned to this number within 24 hours that they would come after me and not give up. He also suggested I get myself a good lawyer. I have no debts, and have no idea who this person thought he was calling.

Igot this same call from Justin.  He said he was the irs also said I needed a lawyer when I wouldn't tell him personal info he said he didn't want to talk to me anymore and hung up.

Got the same Irs call from this guy to bad he gave his real name cause guess who has a lot of info on this nut case me I catch his butt he will need a good lawyer

Getting these  unwanted calls from people who said they are with the irs they would identify the company just a phone number

Got the IRS call too. When I didn't appear to be getting too upset by his suggestion that I am being charged with tax fraud he hung up

Yes, I also received a voicemail from this person. I was going to call back and go completely off!!!! So happy that I found this board. I will now not even waste my time! Thank you for all your posts

Guy called, IRS, threatened action if call not returned. What a dumb butt.... anyone with half a brain knows the IRS would NEVER call you on the phone! It's all certified mail......

Same deal as above - what a maroon as Bugs Bunny would say.

This is a scam caller claiming to be from IRS collections department. IRS does  NOT call anyone, they send out letters with an explanation of the debt.

Yes got message from this looney guy yesterday while we were out, then had the nerve to call again later in the day after I had detective working on it.

Yup, same situation here.  Rude, aggressive, foreign accent.  Left no information other than threats that I need an attourney.

Looks consistent to the rest of the comments.  called me twice today already, definitely a recording because the voice-mail i got was the same as when I picked up.  Saying I needed to call them back the second I received the message and at the end said if me or my attorney don't contact them all he can say is "good luck." Very creepy/threatening.

I just received this caller 2x in a row. Leaving the same creepy/threatening voice mail "good luck" I did call back to tell him I was reading all about him online and  I know its a scam. He actually laughed and me in a creepy voice. I did block his number from mine if he tries to call back.

I got a rude call if he thinks anyone will fa for this crap he is so unreal seriously dude get a real job and quit bugging ppl

I believe that this is a person trying to scam me and says words that I find are harrassing, he says his name is Justin Williams.

Called him back and I harrassed him and I think he was frightened!!

This is the verbatim message the caller left. It had irregular breaks throughout the message and the caller's voice sounded like he was Indian or Arabic.

"The second you receive this message I need you or your recent(?) attorney of record, to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Justin William and hot line to my division is 646-757-1715 I repeat it's 646-757-1715. Do not disregard this message and do return the call. Now, if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, then the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Good bye and take care."

After the call, I looked up the number on Melissadata.com and found this information:

New York City. Who would have guessed?
It's likely that the number is a spoof.

Got the same call.  I called back and asked what company he was calling from.  He told me he was from the IRS.  I hung up.  I have no issues with the IRS
