Some Indian woman keeps ringing my phone off the hook leaving messages saying her name is Jennifer Johnson stating that she is an attorney for the government investigating my social security for fraud.

She really expects me to believe this. I had identity theft do to the last medical insurance we had through my employer at my work they used our social as our ID number.

they wanted me to send a fax stating I Synamon am willing to resolve this case out of court using oocr ,I here by authorize you to take the money that I owe 358.00 on feb 07 to be paid to the creditor  from my pre paid card cc#  exp cvv mothers maiden name.
I appoligize on delaying payment vI wish to resolve this issue and avoid the court proceedings and will not dispute this.
The guy said his name was Eddie Cooper is an attorney for the government investigating my loan for fraud. .. but he was of Indian descent , I know the accent I work in a call center .. saying I owed money to a loan company called personal cash advance.. so I was smart and contacted the actual loan company directly and they said they never use 3rd parties and it was a scam .

I received the same callers both Eddie Cooper and Jennifer Johnson 646-808-3082. Called over 6 times within 2 hours. I finally answered and it was the Eddie Cooper stating he was calling from the Dept of Fraud & Investigations from NY, NY gave an address. He stated he was handling a "payday loan" and that he was filing fraud charges against me. Little did he know that I am a Paralegal for a Law Office and immediately was googling the information he was giving. I then told him that he was to never call this number again and hung up. This is the 5th person that has tried this. The last 3 were from a "Law Office of David Harrison in Atlanta" again a scam. Do NOT give them any information!! They all have heavy Indian accents. It disturbs me that they did have alot of my personal information but I noticed it was only the last 4 numbers. So DO NOT CONFIRM anything!!

They called claiming the same, 'that this was a legal matter concerning my social security and they worked for some law firm...' just like the previous post, indian accent man or woman claiming to be what sounded like Copeland Thomas. I am glad that people have put up these posts because these people tried to sound professional except for the the accent.

Recieved a call from "Courtney Thomas" who called to inform me that I owed a lending company, which wasn't named, $470 which was suppose to be whatever amount the"loan"plus interest & late fees. Knew my bank name. I never recieved any loan of any kind.?Told her I could prove nothing was deposited in my account via bank statement. told me they would gake me to court if I didn'i pay. My take on this: it's a scam. Go right ahead, take me to court. I have my bank statement. As far as getting a lawyer, which she mentioned, no problem...I happen to be a Board member for a legal service in Boston. So go right ahead....take my butt to court, expose who you really are!

I keep getting calls from this number as well twice today other wise no message was left. Today they were from a Jennifer Johnson I called the number back and could not leave a vm. I just clamed BK if i owe them anything thay can contact my bk attoney.
