    Man with accent wanted to speak with a particular employee.  I said that he was based overseas.  Caller requested his number.  I replied that we don't give out such data.  Next, Mr. Presumptuous recited the manager's email address, which he got wrong.  I stated that we neither confirm nor dispense this information, either.  Then, he asserted, "Mr. X is the head of Finance, IT, and HR, right?"  I declared, "He is none of those things" and hung up.
