He told me the rental price, but couldn't show me the place because he was in SC for a job, but wanted someone to move in right away. He told me that I could look through the windows to see the place!! Clearly a scam. Be aware!!
- Mr. Anderson| 2 repliesThis SOB somehow got into my email account and zillow posting for my rental property that I was showing last month, he was able to send emails back and forth between a new tenant of mine somehow without me seeing the message history (my tenant showed me the emails conversations on her phone, but they would not show up on my email account history) and he was pretty close to meeting up with this tenant and collecting her rent and security deposit. My new tenant was freaked out because she had meet me before and knew that I didn't have a thick African accent. He got into my zillow account and put his contact info in the details of the page and that people should contact him if they wanted to see my property!
