these people caleed me repeatedly this morning something about not paying online loan and taking me to court go ahead and try i have never gotten a loan online nor have i lived @address he said and another first thing he said to me is i have a sweet voice go to heck mister!

Claimed I committed check fraud in NY. I have never written a check For/to anyone in NY. Refused to send me anything in writting.

I have been getting calls from these people for 2 months now. Today they called my work #. How are they getting all this information?? Today he said he was from the New York State Police Department. Since I have spoken with this man before who always uses a different name, I asked him what precinct he worked for and badge # and supervisors name and number. Then I just told them to F off. And that I worked next to the Bartlett police station and will be going over there on my lunch break to report them and to NEVER call my job again. I was still so upset about them calling my job (again, how are they getting my information??) so I called them back and asked for the supervisor and another foreign man got on the phone and I told him I had reported them to my local police and whatever scam they are running, they need to take my information out of their system. The scary thing is, it sounded like there were alot of people making these calls in the background. It sounded like a huge call center...

These scamming idiots have been calling me for several months now. Saying there gonna take me to court! They called my work today and left a threatening message on my bosses answering machine. What can I do I need help to stop these idiots. Any info would help. Thanks TB
