They've been calling me saying I'm supposed to pay back a loan and that i am late on payment. Problem is I never took out a loan. These people are extremely aggressive and try to use scare tactics. This particular guy calling from this number seemed to be off of the Eastern block, I have gotten other calls from men with Indian accents. Bottom line they are fraudsters and reek of organized crime. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE CROOKS, DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!

I cannot even believe they are trying to say I took out a loan from them. Total and complete you-know-what!

I received a call from them yes first was of Indian decent and now Eastern Block.
They wish me good luck if I don't call them back.
I reported them to the FBI.  It is so hard to catch these people as I feel sorry if they contact older citizens who may fall victim to these crooks. Report to the FBI on line every time you receive a message that will be the best all can do to catch them.

IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!   These people are freaking amazing! I received a voicemail yesterday from a Mr. Watson from the Law and Investigation Department (middle eastern accent) telling me how I defaulted on a payday loan (I've taken some out in the past) and they were going to sue me and that I should have my lawyer contact them.  At the end of the message he said "God help you if you don't contact me immediately".  I didn't call him.  Today, I receive a call at work from the same guy.  He tells me that legal documents will be filed in court withint 24 hours and that the charges were Fraud, Misrepresentation and a violation of something, I didn't get it because my ears were ringing already. He then tells me how I will be served these documents at my home address and at my place of work, actually he said they were going to serve them to my employer!  I started, of course, flipping out and asked him why would this be the first time I'm hearing of this and why did I never receive a letter, if there was indeed an issue.  His answer was that because they are payday loans they only communicate via email and that they had attempted several times, but I never responded, so they decided to sue me.  I asked for the name of the loan company, the exact date of the supposed problem (he didn't have an exact date), the amount they were talking about and again the reason why I was never contacted by them (other than the supposed emails) before.  Mr. Watson started shuffling papers around and getting slightly agitated, then says, I'm only trying to help you resolve this matter before it gets filed in court and it goes on your permanent record.  Supposedly it would be public records and I could lose my job, never be able to get a loan again, it would be reported to the credit bureaus, etc.  He gives me the option of solving this in court (where I would lose the case) or out of court (by paying $432.00) and asks me to give him my response on the "recording" line.  I tell him I'm going to go through my records and I'll get back to you.  He informs me that I should get back to him within an hour.  I immediately google his phone number and found this!!!  After reading a few pages of comments, I called him back.  I told him I went through my records and found nothing from that "loan company" and that I had also googled his phone number and read quite a few comments of how he scams people, that I also went on BBB and the first thing you read is SCAM and how the stories of what other people were told sounded exactly the same as the one he had told me.  So, I suggested he loses my information and to never contact me again.  He was so ba!!sy as to tell me I went about it the wrong way, that all I had to tell him was if I had seen anything from the loan company that that was all I had to say.  He even offered the number for the FBI!!!  I will certainly report them to both the BBB and the FBI, I hope they are able to shut them down completely!  There are a lot of people (especially elderly) who would fall pray to these people!

Yes Mr Paul Thomson or David vanson are some of the names they use. I consider myself a very street smart person. So he calls me early morning and States that I have a pending investigation against me and he rambled on how I'm being accused of check fraud and other ridiculous accusations. So before he continued on with his bull I said whats the name of your firm and address. He tries to talk really fast. He didn't give me a name other than law and investigation and its in new York Ny. So I said ok its in new York what's the address. He didn't know it off hand. He starts to panic. Makes up a address then I say can you repeat that again. I hear a Indian woman in the background say something and he hangs up. I knew it was a scam cause I know what the procedures are when you owe funds. So I call him back and say we were disconnected. He asked for my name at that time I say ive contacted the police and dateline Nbc and Chris Hanson will be investigating him. He says ok thank you very much and disconnects the call. I am goingto report this. Don't fall victim of this idiot. Report it.

this number repeatedly calls me and makes these crazy allegations and claims to be law enforcement it is a total scam, it has also happened to 2 other people that i work with.
