Claims it is a lawsuit filed against me from the justice debt. Would not say who filed the law suit. He said he was a lawyer. He spoke very slow like he was reading a script.

You're right - he WAS reading a script.  He definitely isn't a lawyer.  If you were going to be sued, you'd get lots of letter and then a visit from a process server - unannounced.  You wouldn't get a scummy phone call threatening you.  BTW, this number belongs to a VoIP - YMax Communications number - in other words, a Magic Jack.  Block this loser's number and don't let them scare you.

Adding to Elspeth's good advice-- it is illegal to claim to be an attorney or law enforcement if they are not.  Report the call to your state attorney general.

"Attorney" Frank Smith is a joke. My payments go directly from my bank to Anchor One. He tried to get me to send him my payment by cashiers check because their bank system was backed up. Are you kidding me! Payment had already been made. SOUNDS A LITTLE SCAMMY TO ME!

Said was collection for unpaid payday loan. Said was sending 2 FBI agents to my home. SCAM
