I got a call from this number stating that they were G E capital loans and that I was approved for a loan.

  They keep calling me over and over

This is fraud. Unfortunately i fell for this scam and now have no way of paying my rent, utilities, or buying food. And the kids wont have a christmas either.

Unfortunately it is a scam...aint no way in the world you can get approved for a loan and have to have a certain balance in your account before you receive it. Also..they dnt require any credentials. Please stay away from illegitimate loan places, ppl are desperate and want our money just like we want theirs.

Keep getting call from these idiots, don't give them the time just report them-then again they don't care they are foreign with no recognition of what an american is

I don't answer unidentified numbers with long distance area codes. Every time I've looked one up, they've been a scam or telemarketer.

Rcvd a call claiming to be GE Capital bank loan dept claiming I was approved for a loan funny thing is I did not apply for one the lady sound like an india oversea operator and the fact that she said have a blessed day I could tell it was truly a scam she called from 646-929-4478

They claim to be from austin tx. Told the guy U thought it was a scam and he got beligerent. Called me a "horse's ass.

I got a call stating i was approved for 2000-5000. I trusted this, since i had been applying for loans. I chose the 5000 loan and he started he would have to hold 250 in my account as insurance. When i told him that was in my account he said, well how much dobu have .....i said 20.00. He said well u need to go get a prepaid card and load the funds onto it. I said never mind i don't have time for all that and he hung up on me!!!! I did give him my routing and acct number, should i call the bank and inform them?

It's a scam, call your bank immediately.

Just got a call from this number didn't answer. Message said GE Capital Bank Loan Dept. And my loan was approved.  I didn't apply for loan. I blocked the number. From other. Posts it definitely sounds like a scam.

Recv'd a call today from this nbr 646-929-4478, stating I was approved for a business loan.  I ask the person their name and was giving Derek Williams. He indicated that they need my bank acct nbr, then they would send me the loan documentation.  I informed him I would like the documentation forwarded first so I can review them, he indicated they have my email address, but he kept insisting I informed him I don't just give out my acct to anyone, so send me the documentation.  He gave me some lame excuse and hung up on me.

I use to work for the Dept. of Consumer Affairs as the call center Supervisor, and for the Highway Patrol, so people listen up, THIS IS PURE FRAUD.  You can hear the the other people talking in the back ground and he has a strong accet as well, so not from the USA, infact, I ask him what country is he called from, he never did answer me.
