I have been getting several calls from this number, when I answer, nobody say anything. They don't leave a message.

I call them back and it is some campaign bank. not even sure what that is. Very annoying when they call and do answer.

Nobody speaks after answering call.

Received call in the US -- said they represented Comcast Cable TV and could go over our billing and show us how to save money. Caller said they had my address. Set up meeting for last Thursday evening between 6-8pm. Nobody showed. I called Comcast Cable. They said it was a bogus call. When I call this number it is answered: "Campaign" or "Champagne Bank. We're not taking any calls at this time." I 'm reporting this to the prosecutor office of my state. Anybody has any idea about this caller?

I have received a couple of calls from this number. They never leave a message and my caller ID says 'Ontario Call.' I won't answer since it doesn't show a valid name on my caller ID.

I also received calls from this number.  Never leaving a message.  I got three of them yesterday!!!  I need to block this number.  I think they got thru to me once and it was something to do with Time Warner Cable.  Again, very irritating.  I am sure it is a scam or something.  I gave them no information.

i keep getting calls from this number when i ask what it is in reference to, they hang up... How can i block them?

I've never answered it, but if you call back, it's to the Campaign Bank.

call asked for my wife ... when i asked who was calling they hung up.
obvious telemarking from outside the u.s. ... calling in u.s. to try to get around "do not call" list.

They've been calling me for weeks and would'nt leave a message. They called back today and aske to speak to me. I couldn't hear her so I asked the woman with some crazy accent to speak up, she started meowing on the phone, and says " How do you like that?" then, the psychotic [***] hung up on me. WTF!!!!

i received calls from this numbers, the dude says he's calling from HSBC Business Center. It's total fraud. Don't even think about calling back, it's waste of your money!

called a little while ago and asked for my husband, and i told them he was not here. then they asked for me, and i told them she was not here either- they hung up right away.

Yesterday, I got this call in Mississauga, Ontario claiming to be from Rogers cable services... they offered me a cheap home phone line plus some [***] long distance deal.  I played along and signed up (i work from home, was bored). Today I called Rogers to cancel and there was no order on the computers.  The guy called me back to confirm the phone setup, i told him no.  I looked up the number online and found this.  The # they called me back from was 647-438-8023.  I think there's some sick scam going on here (i wish i looked this up before he called me back so i could get him over here... but c'est la vie.)

They have called every night this week.  Asked for my partner.  Told them he wasn't here.  I asked them to say who they were and they wouldn't tell me.  I'm waiting online with TELUS right now to block the number.

I answered and a lady came on and asked for me by name.  I said this is her and she asked if I spoke spanish.  When I told her I didn't she said she would have someone call me later.

I have been receiving calls from this number for weeks now. They never leave a message and I only get a machine saying something about Campaign Bank. Is there nothing we can do to stop these calls??? The number is listed with the provider 'Allstream'.

I also just received a call from this number. I didn't answer it waiting to hear if they would leave a message. They DID NOT. It said Toronto, Ont. on my display.

I just received a call from this number and the guy also asked for me by name.  I advised I wasn't here and that I would be in tomorrow night!  Now that I have read the following posts, I'm thinking about playing along and having this clown show up at my door so I can straighten him out for all of us...LOL!!!  Damm does this sh*t make me angry!

Just got home and saw that they called my house an hour ago.  Didnt leave a msg and my Caller ID says "Ontario".  My husband wants me to make an appt and have them come over, so I will.....I HATE telemarketers.
