I receive voice mail calls from this number 1-647-382-2355 almost every day o my cell and they don't leave any message.  This is getting to be annoying and I want it stopped.  Where do these people get our phone numbers from  These are cell numbers and are not listed.

Have received a long distance charge from this number.  Please stop them!

This number called my cell.Got my voice mail but did not leave a message. Not sure who or what they wanted but it is upsetting when strangers call long distance.

I received a call from this number and did not respond to it as I was across the line in the USA
doing some shopping.  Turns out it was from Bell.  This is really bad business practice as they charged me $2.90 for this.  Please if possible, and I will do the same give Bell a black mark on customer service for this scam.

This number belong to Bell Mobile Canada , and it is Programed in almost all new Androids phones ( 1 - 647 - 383 - 2355 as you default recorded box mail ) , as Data base to required some Feedback from costumers , And it is also affiliate to Bell TV , The answer machine tell you that you have 5 bussines days to response to : 1 - 866 - 585 1887 , for Feedback !! , There is nothing about spam or someone else trying to get some personals informations , The data base working for anything related to Bell products and that is why you receive this call , It is anoying ? Yes it is , but till you dont leave a feedback , they wont stop to calling you .

i has this number call me and when i answered they said they were lookin for damien and they tried the house and there was no answer so they thought he might have the cell phone when i asked who it was they said what you dont know who i am? And then i hung up.. I later called my voicemail and my voicemail dial number is this number :S whats going on here

So far this company has cost me 7.25 in LD + roaming charges as I was out of the country.
Can we not put a block on this number?

Chill everyone.  It's the Bell voice mail number.  

Of course the system "forwards your calls" here when you don't answer your phone.  And yes, if someone calls you by accident, you will receive strange voice mails.  But 647-383-2355 is not the number the person called from, it's just the number for Bell voice mail system.

Instead of ranting here, just dial that number.  You'll see.

I have no idea why some people say "it costs $$$".  Unless they dialed it (pocket dial?) and left the line open for a long time.

Called my voicemail the other day and got a weird message. I was searching through the settings in my phone and noticed this was the number that my phone was forwarded to if my phone was busy, if no reply, or if not reachable under options and call forwarding on my Blackberry. Apparently this has to do with the new HSPA devices(phones that have sim cards) with Bell. Apparently this is how your voicemail works on these phones. You can try changing this setting but it always switches back to this number. Not too sure why you're getting calls from this numbers.. maybe to notify you that you have voicemails in your inbox? If you are getting charged for this number while you're in the states it's because the call is coming through while your phone is roaming and someone has left you a voicemail. (You don't get charged until someone leaves you a message) The only way to avoid the charge would be to leave your phone turned off.

they certainly do charge, i did not answer and got charged 1.45 per minute for 7 calls!!!

Just got a call from 647-383-2355 on my unlisted number. Left a auto generated message about reducing the debt, and try to scam people with "press 1 to .....". It is so annoying!!!

1-647-383-2355 and Incalling #1-702-520-2327 are the same outfit.  Got a call and a message was left. Partial message was "press the keypad for your answer."

1-647-383-2355; 1-702-705-5224; 1-702-520-2327 Are all calling in sequence and never leave a message. Believe all are connected to each other.  Another post says call is about a "Cruise".

Ce numéro 1-647-383-2355 apparaît depuis plusieurs jours comme nouvelle messagerie cellulaire au bas de l'écran de mon cellulaire. Je ne désire pas les rappeler et ni être facturé pour ces appels. Comment faire??? Quelqu'un peut me le dire s.v.p. MERCI.
