    Not sure about this one...but been getting constant junk calls.  I am on the Do not call list...how can they still do this?

    They can call you by getting the do-not call list.  Some of these companies have retrieved the do-not call list and are using it to make spam calls because whoever registers on this list automatically confirms that their number is active.  The do-not call list has become the most accurate phone# list available to spamers.

    except they're not spamming anything. This it the most irritating thing. There's no sales pitch, no sound, nothing. It is useless to everyone involved.
