I've been getting phone calls everyday for a week from this number.  Asks for my help in a very hard to understand voice

647 476 2497  calls and either leaves no message or if I answer the phone then it just hangs up.
I have called this number and get a recording " 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0" and then hangs up.

I'm innundated with calls from toll-free numbers that can not be called back!
This # does not lv  mess or talk when I answer.
Time we all reported it to the national do not call list!!!

I got a call today from this number. Someone with a very thick accent had a survey about my TV, Internet and cel phone providers. He kept getting confused between these, and wanted to know how much I spend on each service. He then wanted to confirm my name and address, promising that "someone from 'one service' (garbled) will call within 48 hours to give me 'benefits'" - I was unable to get from him exactly what kind of benefits and which company he was representing. When I reminded him that he was calling me on my cel phone and therefore using my daytime minutes for his "quick" (ha!) survey, he hung up on me.

You should've asked him why is he stumbling words and talking like a desperate/nervous criminal.
