    Caller says his name is Jim.  Wants to give me a deal on duct cleaning.  I told him I had 9 floors, he replied no problem. I told him we were radiated heat, he said we still needed our ducts cleaned.  I told him we have 70+ units, again no issue.  Booked an appointment for next week. Gave him a shopping plaza address, told him to ask for Richard as he would let him in.  Good luck finding th duct work there.
