To all those who have been scammed by Haverhill Staging.  I have been burned as well and have consulted a lawyer.  Currently we are working on a class action suit.  I need to know how many people would like to become involved and hopefully get their money back.  Please leave your email address and I will forward you my name & lawyers contact information.

I am also in the US, in Florida and just finishing my coarse. After reading all of the below, I am not going to spend any more time or money on this.  Am wondering if anything came of the lawsuit?  Is your wife working independantly in the area?

Colleen gave me the same message that the company was downsizing and closing and only 2 employees left.  I passed the course and she said that they only offer independent stager positions but you are really on your own.  I asked about a refund also but she said the company don't have the money. They have a contract that you sign that they can't uphold.  It seems like legal action should be taken.  Keller TX

If you can get a class action lawsuit against this company Haverhill I would love to join in.
They are definately a big scam!  They need to put out of business.

I feel this Haverhill course is scamming people in Canada and the U.S. and probably all over.
Check first with the Better Business Bureau, to see what kind of rating they have.  If I did that
in the first place I wouldn't be in the mess I am now.  Better be safe than sorry!

I to took the home staging course in Toronto and feel I got nothing out of it.  There is a class action
lawsuit pending against this company.  Do you know anything about it?  I also would like to do this,
but I feel the certificate is useless, if you cannot get hired.

I am contesting my credit card every time they put the Haverhill bill on it......about four times now. They say I signed "Terms and Conditions" which is their "Bait and Switch the Plan Terms and Conditions". I never did agree to it. They have yet to prove it......so I contest it every time.....even when my credit card company sends a letter saying it's the last time they are dealing with it. Regardless, I am not going to pay for it. It at the least is driving Haverhill crazy to explain themselves every time.

I am so glad I started to google Haverhill. I thought I was the only one who was having sooo much trouble with them. I also scored really high on the lessons, but failed the exam twice! I would really like to know if there is going to be a lawsuite. I think we all deserve our money back!!!

I know for a fact that they never sent out any letters. I staged all of my family members homes. When I called Haverhill to tell them that the letters were never recieved, they said they would resend them but never did.
