Yes, this is MBNA sharing your customer information for a company to sign you up for credit protection.  I was getting 2 calls a day for a week... 14 calls! They do not leave a message and when you answer these robo calls its blank silence... I assume if I stayed on for long enough eventually a sales person would come on.  It has nothing to do with your accounts standing, just solicitation.  The worst part is you dont know who is calling as they never leave a message... just junk up your inbox with silent messages.  When you call the number is says that this number is not currently taking phone calls classic!  I called MBNA and they sheeply confirmed it was them.  I told them that I understand we have a business relationship but 14 calls is excessive and its unprofessional to never leave a message or use a phone number where they can be called back.  They were transitioning me to a do not call list which takes 31 days.  Very annoying to deal with this. Shame on MBNA to not have a better solicitation process in place

They never quit phoning. I've gotten so many of these calls for all I know I could owe money but unlikely because when I call my card holder there is nothing owing.

So there you have it. They also don't tell you who they're representing or can't come up with anything credible as to say who they are to even mail/provide me with.

Selling their credit monitoring service

They keep constantly calling my phone number and won't stop.  No voices just background noises.  At least 3 times if not more per week they are calling.

I called the number back.  They are IPX ?  Global Solutions.  The recorded message gave me the opportunity to remove my ph number from their calling list.

If you dial the number back, you can put your number in a 'do not call' registry.  Its automated...and rum by Ibex Global Solutions

I dont have a credit card with them either. They called like 4 times an woke me up. Not very happy. What does there company look like so i can have them posted for scam
