The phone ring indicated a long-distance call, but living in Toronto this is likely a fake number.  No answer and they quickly hung up.  Been getting calls from this number more recently and not sure if this is a phishing scam.

I keep telling you that I only give my phone number to people from whom I wish to receive calls. Incoming calls from strange numbers get one chance to leave a message and explain themselves. Hang up without leaving a message and your number gets blocked. Further attempt to reach me are futile. It's MY phone number you are abusing, dammit! Why don't you just go sell pencils on the corner or something?

I Called this number back to back 3 times with 2 operators hanging up the phone on me, the third I was able to give a piece of my mind to. " Do you want me to come down to your offices and explain to you and the rest of your office in person my problem with your unwanted phone calls. Dont call me again! "
companies like this make me want to go postal on their entire office.
