Called my cell, when I returned the call it says the number is out of service.

It shows Scotia on my display but hangs up when I picked the phone.

I've had 3 missed calls from this number today and no voice-mail messages have been left. You'd think that if it was something important there would be a message.

I think it's an automated survey from ScotiaBank following up on a customer service call.

I just got a call from that number which turned out to be ScotiaBank. They were following up on a call I made to them about 20 minutes ago.

It is  scotia banks followup survey. You will get this call anytime you call their customer service. No person it is automated survey. Just hang up they go away.

It is ScotiaBank.  I called them regarding change in a service. They were calling back to see how it was.

It was ScotiaBank. I had called a couple hours earlier. They should really display their name when calling. Then I might actually answer.

I am so tired of this number calling my phone!

Stop calling the Scotia bank call centre and it will stop calling you. Haha

Same thing is appened to me today

Caller-ID shows as Scotiabank... I'm not a Scotiabank customer, nor have I ever been.

I called BNS to have address change today, one hour later I received call from this number from Scotia Bank automated customer service call, I think Scotia Bank should stop doing this if they really want a good customer service.

When I answered they hang up.  I called Scotia Bank few minutes before too. So I agree that is probably a Survey.

Same thing here, recorded message about a survey.  Asks if I am the person who called the bank recently.  1 for yes, 2 for no.  Pressed 1.  Recording repeated, pressed 1 again and then the call disconnected.

That makes sense... I received a phone call from that number too and I had just spoken to one of their agents 2 hours earlier. I figured it was a customer service feedback.

Ya I also phoned a local scotia bank this afternoon and received two calls from this number without messages.
