Repeted calls.  Is it telemarketing?

Repeated calls.  When I try calling it back from a land line the message says the number is not in service.

Who are these chumps? This is now the 23rd (yes...TWENTY THIRD) time I've received calls from them but of course, I can never return the call. The number is "not assigned".

Called my pickering phone 3 times today. When I tried to call back, it said the number was not assigned.

Like the others this number was "not in use" when I tried to call back.  Annoying

Missed call notification with this number on June 13, 2013; no message left. The area code shows this originating from a Toronto exchange.

They keep calling me but it always just hangs up after a few seconds.

Got a call on August 21, 2015.  Did not answer the call and they did not leave a message.
