Called me. Didn't answer. No voice mail.

I received a phone call from this phone.
Could be a scam? They try to sell something? I don't answer phone calls without identification.

When I answered they claimed to be doing a survey for PC Mastercard. I am sure that it was from a cell phone.
They were checking on the quality of service that I had recieved. I did call Mastercard a few days earlier. They never asked for any info..

I did not answer.  No message left.  Caller hung up after 2nd ring.  I'm on the DNC List and  I re-registered my number and got extended for 6 years.  BUT am still getting these telemarketing calls.

My numbers are all listed with the NCR and Is still get lots of "dummy calls". It's harassment and I wish it could be stopped.
I also get calls from 800-000-0000 which, when I call back is a number that's not in service

I got a call from this number too. I picked it up but no response from the other side.

This afternoon I got a call from this number but nobody spoke.

Received a call from this number.  They asked me if I had call Master Card "today", I said yes since I had done it...  BUT, Master Card had called me for a fraud on my card and it was cancelled.  They probably wanted to know if my card was still active to try another fraudulent transaction...

This is probably PC MasterCard fraud unit. From reading other posters, it fits, as I know they want to replace my card.

I think that's what it is - I spoke with PCMC yesterday.

Got this number twice today, first time, I wasn't at home, second time, when I pick up the phone, no answer from the caller and then the caller hang up.

La personne me dit en anglais quel ne comprend pas le francais , et me dit quel s'excuse de m'avoir déranger , je lui répond aurevoir en francais ...

Rang twice. No answer. Our son had his cellphone and PC MasterCard stolen while in London two weeks ago. He cancelled the card there, but it had already been compromised.
