These are fraudulent calls identifying themselves as microsoft employees I have verified with microsoft and they are reported to misrepresent themselves. They indicate they want to heip you fix your computer then sell you software with additional virus attached. I have called microsoft and they do not call customers and ask that we be warey of who is asking us to download suspicious files.

Yes, I too received it. They want you to run a program and visit their website. Men with heavy East Indian accents. Well, that's usually the case though, isn't it. Anyway, his company is called "Computer Tech". Yeah, right. Says my computer has viruses and is clogging up the WGR system, whatever that is. He DID give me the phone number though, at least.
