I have this number "blocked" using the *60 privacy command, however they continue to call on another line.   It's a computer dialed call, so when I pick up there is silence so I just hang up.  Approximately 3 months ago, I had a flurry of calls from this and "unknown" numbers all representing themselves as employees of Microsoft "warning me that there are problems with my computer and they need access in order to prevent a total loss of my operating system!"  I have reported this group (using another number) to the CRTC and the calls stopped for a while.  I have two lines in my home and when they call one number, both lines ring, so obviously it's a computer dialed call.    

If anyone has further information to add, I would be grateful as I am willing to pursue this.
