I called the number and received a very nice automated message telling me about their business, what they do, their website and to press a button to have my number removed from their calling. I did that and entered my number. It says within 72 hrs my number will be removed from their call list ;-)

They call every day. I do not answer. You would think after three attempts they would get the hint, I am not interested

If you have a fax machine for that line, let the fax machine answer.  This has been the best way for me to get rid of these calls.  Just means you have to closely monitor the calls so you can answer the calls from friends and family before the fax answers.

Same. It was a company called TRD. They have been calling me everyday. I called them back and they offer an option to remove your # from their registry.
