I missed several calls from this number. A message was left:
"This call is officially a final notice from IRS internal revenue service the reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing a lawsuit on your name because you had tried to do a fraud with the IRS internal revenue service and we are taking a legal action and we are issuing an arrest warrant on your name to get more information regarding this case file just call us back on our department number is 501-386-3863 I will repeat it 501-386-3863 thank you…”

They called and left a voicemail claiming that an arrest warrant has been issued against me.

Call back or face legal consequences it is not a working number

This is what I got today but wanted me to call "their Lancaster office". They have tried playing this card with my mom, so she told them to contact her lawyer lol.

Scam,  See my entry dated  18 May 2017 this thread.  DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!   Callers get very abusive when they find their scams aren't working.

Its the IRS scammer with treats of being arrested probably called 13 times in 8 hrs.

I received a call from this number at 6:20 this morning. I didn't answer.

This is the transcription of the voice mail message that was left:

“Hello this call is officially a final notice from IRS internal revenue service the reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filling a lawsuit on your name because you had tried to do a fraud with the IRS internal revenue service and we are taking a legal action and we are issuing an arrest warrant on your name to get more information regarding this case file just call us back on our department number 346-998-0099 I will repeat it..."

They didn't repeat the number. That was the end of the message. I did not all the number for more information, in case you're wondering.

Called me saying that they are thr irs saying that an arrest warrent has been issued and gave me another number to call ive read alot of comments about this number apparently these guys are scammers please someone take care of these dam people.

I received the same message yesterday at 9:04 am CDT.  Totally bogus.

These fools called me the other day. But knowing I've never committed fraud I knew it was a scam.

Same as above. IRS calling to tell me I committed fraud and they were starting a lawsuit in my name. Funny, they never mentioned my name. Said I needed to call 501-254-7602. Call came from 650-245-5120.
