    called and said :sorry I have to call you back", which sounded like a recording.  received a call back 2 minutes later from the same number, but a different man answered.  He seemed to be reading a script from a call center.  He was representing "investors" looking to buy properties from distressed home owners looking to sell their home "off market", mening without advertising or competition from other buyers.  Another investor using a telemarketer to finds deparate home owners and buy the house for 50% or more below retail.
