man called me from Palo Alto after I wrote letter; claimed to be calling for Quicken.  Heavy foreign accent.  Told me he was emailing form to reset ID and password.  I knew they were changing partner from Intuit.  I entered to email reset.  then entered to my own Quicken.  Suspicious of whether really Quicken agent,

That is the registered number for Quicken Customer Support and yes they are preparing to migrate everyone's Quicken accounts away from Intuit. They said they are already sending out emails for it when I called them today.

I have called Quicken customer support and they kept me on for over an hour. How suprised I was getting a long distance charge. This is not a toll free calling!!!

No, it is not an 800 number so why would you think that it was toll free?  Since toll free numbers have been around for decades how is it that you don't know what they are or how they work?

Charge for a 32 minute call is on my Rogers Cell Phone bill from Dec 27, 2018.  $17.80.  I didn't make that call.  Rogers customer service personnel say that I must have made the call and forgotten.  I don't think so.
    • Caller: No Idea.
