These people have been harassing me for about 5 weeks on my cell number.  I called, got a hold of some dimwit that said his name was Mike Hawk at Student Loan Services and then refused to tell me why he kept calling, instead he starting talking crap!

Keep getting calls as well.  Are they tied to Danny Blanks,  M Haraway or  the like??? Who r they tgat keep calling??

Study have been calling me multiple times a day (up to 7), I have been hung up on multiple times and the "supervisor" was also very rude stating "so you're telling me they were rude AND didn't do their job?!" In regards to them not removing my number from call list. I am to the point I am considering getting all my documents around and suing them bc everything they are doing is 100% illegal.

I received the same text message today regarding my student loans.

These people apparently represent a student loan forgiveness program. How can we confirm this? They are calling and texting my phone with similar messages as mentioned above. When I finally called the number back out of frustration, the woman who picked up the phone laughed and hung up on me. I called back and she answered, and it happened again. Called a third time and reached a manager called Dominic, who apologized for the behavior and told me a bit about the program, which was supposedly started by the Obama administration. I told them my loan balance and he told me that I'd be eligible for some forgiveness and a fixed, interest- free payment plan for ten years to cover the rest. I'm tempted but the original unprofessionalism as well as the comments listed above are worrisome. Would love to know if anyone out there is safely doing business through this organization. Thanks!
