So this is a hack? Because this guy said there was going to be some changes to my account and that they have tried to send mail to my residence to get my signature and its been impossible so now they are taking legal action. It is scary but un u sure its fake?

Male voice, sounds African American telling me that my dead father who died a decade ago is in a recent mandated court hearing and that if I do not respond that it could reflect badly on him and I could be held in contempt of court by not calling them back immediately. Kind of laughable.

Received threatening calls that are not for me or anyone at this phone number.

I just rcvd same message. Time sensitive. Threatening legal action. Changes to my account. Numerous mailings have been sent to me with no response.... and then he left a number in the message to call back, however it's incomplete. ????? 978856829....?

I have received several calls from this number.  I finally answered and a Mr. Marshall stated that he spoke to me on March 23, 2017.  He made threats to take me to court or have me arrested.
