650-489-1118

No idea who this is, most likely a spammer.

Called and hung up.

Did not recognize number. Did not pick up but nothing said on answer machine. We are on Do Not Call Registry. Immediately went to their web site to report this call. Everyone needs to report these calls if they are on Do Not Call Registry.

These bums have called me 4 times it nothing but a scam don't answer this call

They keep calling me everyday. Never left a message.

Human caller, male-sounding voice, supposedly advertising solar panel rebates.  The company name was something like "American Energy."

They appeared to have personal information about me, including my homeowner status, what city I lived in, and how much I paid for power.  Given that it was all wrong, I think they may have been guessing.  Their guesses would have been correct for a lot of people in my area code, which could make the person think the call is legit... creepy!

I told them that their info was wrong (did not provide any corrections) and asked them to take me off their list.  In retrospect, it was probably a bad idea to tell them even that much.

Scammers/telemarketers from "National Home Energy Commission".  Violated the Do Not Call list.

i'd suggest dont pick up anything with 650-489-xxxx.  Spammer from "American Energy Solutions".

CID:  San Francisco Peninsula Area (no name)

Robocaller did not leave a message.

I have blocked this number from my phone.

Frequent calls over the last months with many spoofed numbers used. I am guessing yet another mutation of the fungal A1 Solar Power, Inc., of Van Nuys, CA. pretending to be a Green Energy Initiative "outreach" rather than what it is, which is a persistent and gross violation of the federal and state Do Not Call regulations. Yet another fake name to identify to the FTC as a DNC violator. Eventually, they will be sued and regulated out of business and perhaps return to the hole in the ground out of which they crawled.

Unrecognized number from the notorious spammer-infested 650-489 Area Code / exchange combo. Blocked with great glee.

Called and did not leave a message.  probably spammers

I live in the 650 area so getting a call from a number I don't recognize isn't uncommon. Never pick up unknown calls from NV, FL, etc. The caller said he was with "... Energy ..." - I think he slurred the name on purpose, although I have to say English wasn't his first language so maybe it wasn't intentional. Other people commenting here have heard various names but the common thread is always "energy". I interrupted him before he got very far and said, "Shut up! This phone is on the don't call list ..." He said, "I'm not trying to sell you anything or soliciting anything. I'm just telling you that you may be eligible for a rebate on solar panels …”. Told him to take my number off their list and hung up. Reported it to the Do Not Call Registry – for all the good that seems to do ….

Receive calls from this number....no message left 650-489-1118
