They call and leave no messages. I don't know what they expect of me.

The caller ID shows a call from Minnesota, and they only call my cell phone and never leave a message.

Recently, they've called me at home as many as four times in the same day.  They appear to be a collection agency, which is funny because I'm not late on any bills.

Although, I moved here not too long ago, and I appear to have gotten a phone number that used to belong to someone who has been bad about a lot of bills.  This isn't the first collection agency that has called me, despite the fact I'm not late on bills.

They need to realize that the deadbeat doesn't have that phone number anymore.

I have received 5 calls to my fax in the last 3 hrs from this number. I just received this # for my new fax

This number calls my cell phone at least once a day, always when I am at work, and never leaves a message.

Called me twice today, first time I wasn't home, second time, I answered.

Was a very nice gentleman who asked if I was the person we get collection calls for all the time.

I informed him that he had the wrong number.  He asked if it was a new number for us, which is isn't, we have had to for four years.

He said he would take care of it and take our number out of their records.  Was one of the most pleasant collections people that I have talked to so far.  Most of them tell me I'm a liar and the person they are actually looking for.

Well I didnt get the same nice person.  I got Bonequesha and she was a real B.I.T.C.H. but what she didn't know, was that I am the mother of all...She was not even woman enough to stay on the line.  Cowards they are behind the "Line".

These guys call all the time and never leave a message.  They are a collection agency but they call 100x's in one day.  Seems like they are calling every half an hour.  The one day that I *did* answer the phone to them, told them we didn't have the money, I hung up from them and later that day they called back again only I didn't answer.  Isn't that harrassment?  I just told them on the phone that day we didn't have the money to pay them just yet - the first of the year is when we'll be paying them off and they don't seem to listen.  If they can't stop calling, they should be reprimended.  They should only call once a day and if nobody answers, leave a message if there is a machine.

they call here a few times during the day only. we work during the day. and will never leave a message. im not calling the number back if they want us they can leave a message like everyone else.and i will call back. no message no call back, simple as that.

my brother inlaw answered one day while watching my kids, the guys assumed he was me and stated my name and went on a ramble about collecting a debt, my inlaw said im not him and the guy got an attitude and said very snotty i asked for "my name"  and you said yes. my brother inlaw got into a verbal fight and the gu hung up and they call back 5 mins later.

I think it's a collection agency for Capitol One.

And if you quit answring, they will call back from a phone that won't give an ID.

They have called me in the past. They are a collection agency but it's for Washington Mutual which used to be Providian. I spoke to Monesha. Then they called back after I had made a payment and they were rude! They kept asking me if I was Sarah ***** (my last name) and I said yes, yes, yes over and over again. And then they kept asking if I had a Washington Mutual card and again I kept saying yes. Then it was like, "Are you going to pay this bill?"  I asked if I could set up a payment for a future date and they said to me "DUH! Yeah!" Rude.

The fact that this nimrod from IC System divulged information about your alleged debt to a third-party is a major legal no-no. That alone is a violation of federal debt collection laws and more than enough grounds to sue them.  The best part of this is that you have a witness -- your brother-in-law.

If I were you, I'd find a consumer law professional who works on contingency and sue IC for disclosing information about you to a third-party.  At the very least, you may want to consider mailing them a letter directing them to cease all attempts to contact you and also warning them that failure to comply will result in legal action against them. (Federal law requires them to comply with your request.) Then if IC contacts you more than once after receiving your cease communication notice, then they are in violation of the law and can be sued for monetary damages for each violation.  If you send them a cease-communication notice, be sure to do so via certified US Mail with a return receipt request.  Here is IC's address: I.C. Yep, it is.
They call every few minutes and if you stop answering they call from numbers with no id. They can be nice if they think they are getting their way., If not, the are real [***], accusing you of crimes and of being a low life.
My soon-to-be-ex husband owes this bill, and as much as I don't like him right now, I'm not giving them his name and number - which is why they are calling me, for HIS name and number.

These guys just now called me and said that my mom had debt in her bills. and we payed that off, so i said"No im srry, weve paid that all off." Instead, she got ruder and ruder asking me for my Visa card number and many other things. so I hung up. They now call the house every 7-10 minutes.

They keep calling our number and hang up on me when I try to tell them that the people they are looking for don't live here.  This is a new number.  So they keep calling back.  I don't know how to get them to take my number out of their skip tracing.

They have been calling for over a month.
They called daily from 8:00 am to as late as 10:00pm
They are calling for an Augustus that don't live at this address or phone number.

These calls need to stop.

Call at least 20 times a day.  Never leave messages.  I called back the number and they acted like they knew nothing about the calls.

Keep calling, hung up when found out I'm not the party they are looking for.  They even had the balls to call on a Sunday morning - rude as hell people too.  I called them back and they said they would take my number off their calling list.  When I asked who they were they said it was not my concern and I said yes it is, you keep calling my home.  I've had the same phone number for 20+ years.

I just *69 this morning before 8am and this number came up.  It is ridiculous to call before 8am on Saturday morning.  They call several times a day and then when I looked it up they have other numbers too which calls more!  I know we owe and told them and we make small payments, but payments needless to say.  Isn't this harassment.  I thought that first you were only allowed to call after 8am and then only 1 time a day every so many days.  Someone needs to do something and/or let me know if I am wrong on the laws.
