Some collection agency keep calling me (asked for someone else)for about 10 times in 2 days , even dough I told them they have a wrong number and waisting my cell phone minutes.

this number 1-651-204-1355 keeps calling my cell 3 to 4 times daily,without leaving any messages.

I just received two calls from this company on my sister's cell phone, which I have with me today. The first time, I ignored the call. No voicemail left. The second time, I answered the phone. They asked for a woman who didn't own the number. I explained the situation to them, and also mentioned that I was looking at a list of people who have received harassing phone calls from them. I demanded they remove the number from their list. The man who was calling sounded like he was either inebriated, or under the influence of drugs. His voice was muffled and garbled. I could barely understand him.

They call my cell 5-8 times every day. (Sometimes more)  The calls start between 6:30-7:00AM and end by 6:00PM.  Tired of it-filed a claim w/ a lawyer.  Anyone getting harrased by them needs to do the same, WE HAVE RIGHTS TOO!!!

Yeah the number has called me 3 times now.
My 14 year old daughter answered the phone, and she said an African-American woman answered the phone after she said hello. And then she picked up the phone again and the woman said to another person, "They just answered the phone and they had the F****** nerve to hang up." I don't know who they are but they need to stop calling, and I'm sick of this HARRASSMENT!

I received several phone calls from 651-204-1355.  I answered the phone and the guy on the other line asked if he had reached (someone).  I told him that person does not live here.  He then tried to confirm the phone number.  It was a totally wrong number from what he had called.  He then just hung up on me.  I googled and found all of these entries.  I called the 800 number and held for about 30 minutes.  Never talked to anyone.

I receive calls every day before 10AM.  I'm tired of it.  I have had my phone number for years and they are looking for a different party - which I told them The caller ID is 651-204-1355.  I saw there number on my home phone then they started calling my business line. This has been going on for MONTHS.  How do you get them to stop?

I believe this ICS is collecting for Household bank / credit cards. They keep calling and hanging up if I (male voice) answers, and they try to get into it with my wife (female voice) when she answers. We have told them well over a dozen times we have no account with them  - AND WOULD NEVER - now that we know how much big jerks they can be.  They say they have this/our number on their accounts and can keep calling to try to reach whoever the woman is they are trying to. SO instead of dealing with trying to get the real number they have their phone lemmings keep calling one they know is no good.  I hope they fail like Bears Stearns and we see these mutts walking out at 1 am with boxes full, heading into unemployment land. Then THEY will get harassed.

I have been getting about 5 calls a day from these people. But I am usually unavailable to answer. I finally answered and talked to someone today.  I googled the number and found this blog. I have no idea how they got my number but when they confirmed the number they were calling it was infact my cell phone.

At this point I am calling Verizon to have the number blocked.

Hundreds of hang-ups

Have phoned my home phone five times today and have not left any message.  I have no credit card debt nor do they leave a message to let me know who or what they want, so I do not understand the nature of these calls.

my phone rings almost every hour with this number 651-204-1337,this has been going on for weeks, finally one automated message was left saying to call back to 800-988-4145. I finally had enough and called the 1337 number to get some info and the woman who answered would not identify herself, did not tell me who the original debt was from, the only information she gave was her company was IC Systems. I asked her for the address and she refused to give it to me. I told her I wanted no more phone calls and to only contact me by mail and asked repeatedly for the address of her company,  she told me she was not going to tell me the address and since I was not cooperating with her by making a payment, that she was ending the call,  then hung up on me. that was at 12:15pm  since that call they called again at 12:53,  2:45pm and 4:49pm. th last one I answered and had just dead air then call ended, so apearantly there is no intention to talk to me but to just harrass me with repeated rings.

They've called at least once every other hour whether it's a weekday or weekend. They don't leave messages. When I picked up the phone they hung up on me. How do I get them to stop doing this? The caller id changes but the number doesn't.

I get at least 8 calls per day from this number but no message left. Not sure why they're calling or who.

No one will give you a last name at IC Systems which should not be legal especially since they threaten my credit all the time.

This people are annoying, same company IC SYS calling every 2 hours from different number another number they use is 804-234-9008.  I called to make arrangement since I lost my job last month I fall behind with my HSBC card and they will not work with me. so I told them to wait until I get my Unemployment benefit, but they keep calling few times at day. I'm going Crazy.  What to do Help!

These people keep calling and hanging up before I answer the phone.  Well today my wife of 3 months answered it and they ask for Loretta Runkles, my ex wife.  My wife told them if they would call back she would get Lorettas phone number and give it to them.  They didn't call back!!

These jerks had been calling my cell every hour for the last 2 months, now today they called my UNLISTED, UNPUBLISHED home number.  I would love to know how the heck they got it.  I have told them numerous times that I had been out of work for over 8 months and just found new employment at a 40% pay cut.  If I had any extra money at all I would have paid them but I don't.  I'm doing what I can to not lose my home, I don't really need these people making me feel worse.  I have finally decided to file for Bankruptcy as I don't have any other way out.  The second that I have obtained an attorney I will be informing them that they can no longer have contact with me.  I am also sick to death of people saying "well if you paid your debt they wouldn't call you".  Sorry that I didn't get a billion dollar bailout.  I got NOTHING when my former commpany closed their doors.  Stop making honest people feel like dirt because of this economy!

Got two calls today from this number.  I do  not know why, I do  not have any bills.  I started getting call like this when I got my new touch phone!  Maybe Verizon is giving out the numbers?
