This phone number is for a company called alliance one debt collecter... Watch out for Alexander and Dustin... Those 2 are the most rudest people in the whole world... They are scum of the earth... They curse and swear at people... I don't understand how they get away with that... Maybe if they get sued, there attitude will change...

I worked there once for a month, it's a joke, if one of the debt collectors gets someone to make a payment plan then they get comission but since I was still in the training phase when I was fired (for being too nice to the "debtors") the commission automatically went to my supervisor (which is probably why they had a high turnover and he was driving a nice car). I'm sorry that I felt bad for a lot of the people on the other end, they were going through hard times.  I was tough on the people that thought it was a joke and nice to the people that were trying to help themselves and didn't want to be in collections.  I was told I had to toughen up and get mean... sorry, that's not me, I was happy to walk out of that place, friggin' call center sweat shop!!

Got a call from this number today. Person calling was from AllianceOne offering to speak to me regarding a job offer working in their call center doing collections. I let the phone send the call to voicemail even as I was looking this number up in Google. Once I saw the comments, I knew this was NOT a company I wanted to be associated with. The vultures got my resume off a job website and called me unsolicited. Job is in Maumee, Ohio, yet the area code is listed as Saint Paul, Minnesota, and the eastern suburbs of the Twin Cities. I'm sorry, but if a call center in Ohio is using area codes out of state like this, they're definitely not some place to be trusted!

I worked here as well. The reason it has a st paul area code is because the call center that handles the recruiting is in St paul. Wasn't a great place to work. They fired me for being too "customer friendly" and not getting them higher payments. The management is awful.  Oh and also, they fired me but put on the papers that I quit... it was great...
